How quickly will the files be delivered?

We deliver photos and floor plans as standard within 24–48 hours of the site visit. Videos follow within two to three working days. Do you have an urgent deadline? In many cases, expedited delivery is possible. Contact us and we will see what is feasible.

Can you combine all services in one visit?

Yes. We schedule photos, video, 360° tours, and drone footage into a single visit whenever possible. This way, you only need to vacate the property once, and there are no separate appointments with different parties. The floor plans are drawn up based on the recording dates and delivered separately.

Do I need to be present during the recording?

That is not necessary. Our staff work independently and liaise with the resident or property manager if needed. In preparation, we will send you a checklist that you can forward to your client so that the home looks its best at the right time.

Do I need to sign a contract or purchase a minimum order?

No. You can start without a long-term contract or mandatory minimum purchase. For offices with a fixed volume, we offer advantageous package prices, but nothing is mandatory. We would be happy to discuss this during a no-obligation introductory meeting.
